Things to know before your visit
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We love our team and we know you do too! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. All NO-SHOW appointments will be charged at full value. By continuing to book online, you are agreeing to our terms and policies.
When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time which impacts our service providers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our service providers time as much as we try to respect yours.
We understand that life can be crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as possible. Please let us know if you're going to be late.
If there is something that you do not love about your service, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact Meraki Salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it
takes to make it perfect for you!
For all services that last longer than 2.5 hours, a deposit is required. In Addition all Straightening, Keratin and extension services require a 50% deposit. The deposit will be directly applied to the cost of your services. If you cancel any appointment within 48 hours of the service or no show for the appointment, all deposits will be used to compensate the service provider for their loss of time and will not be refunded. Deposits may be applied with either a Credit Card or Cash.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase. A full refund will be given as long as it is within the 30-day window. After 30 days you will only be permitted to exchange it.
Meraki Salon loves the pitter patter of little feet around the salon, but the salon is equipped with very sharp objects and extremely HOT tools. We want to make sure that your child is safe, so it would be best if your child is kept in the waiting area away from harm. If a child must accompany you to your appointment, please make sure there is someone there to watch over them while you’re getting your service done.
Should I always use the same Service Provider?
We encourage you to experience the talent of any of our team members. If you feel you would like to try the services of another staff member, please let us know. We are a team and are all here to accommodate you. Don’t worry about anyone feeling uncomfortable, because we are here to serve you.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Amex as well as cash or debit cards and personal checks. We do not accept third party checks. There will be a $35.00 returned check fee in addition to the returned amount for any returned checks on our account.
At your discretion, a gratuity is customary and it is greatly appreciated. Gratuities can not be added to credit card purchases. Cash or Personal Check would be preferred or see your service provider for their Venmo code.
Meraki Salon gift certificates are always available for purchase. When unsure of the amount that you should purchase, please call our staff and they will be happy to assist you in purchasing the
correct amount for your loved ones.
